Aubrey is a leader devoted to unleashing potential in others. Her life has been about rising above circumstances to stand for something bigger. She runs the nonprofit Youth for Freedom Worldwide, empowering thousands of youth to discover their genius through experiential leadership programs she's designed since age 16. Aubrey mentors teens locally and around the world, believing this generation can change the world when equipped as leaders. She deploys an “in the trenches” style, engaging youth directly to inspire action. Aubrey presents on topics like leadership, team building and mindset to teens, businesses, teams, and schools around the globe. She offers a unique perspective, convinced vulnerability requires the most courage and authenticity attracts the best teams. Her leadership philosophy centers on recognizing your strengths, building on your roots and exploring growth. She aims to leave a ripple effect of love everywhere she goes. Above all, Aubrey is committed to creating a new world for youth, parents, and humans to step into their full potential as leaders. She's a lifelong learner who finds joy in family, travel, reading, dancing, jiu-jitsu and Shakespeare. She lives an unleashed life of freedom, fun and adventure with her husband and kids.
