1. What is the purpose of this Women's Empowerment Event?

- This event aims to inspire, educate, empower and transform women by providing experiential trainings, valuable insights, networking opportunities, resources and a community to help them succeed in all areas of their lives.

2. When and where is the event taking place?

- The event will be held in the Banquet Room at Edmonds Waterfront Center. Address: 220 Railroad Avenue, Edmonds, Washington 98020

3. How can I register for the event?

- Registration details, including ticket prices and registration links can be found on our website www.radiance-event.com. Ticket prices are per person. Please send an inquiry for group ticket purchase.

4. Is this event open to everyone, or is it exclusive to women only?

- Radiance is designed exclusively for women over the ages of 18. 

5. What is the dress code for the event?

- Dress codes can vary, but business casual or smart-casual attire is recommended. Please bring a light jacket in case of cooler temperatures in the event space and inclement weather.

6. Will there be parking available at the venue?

-Parking is available surrounding the venue, it is a first come first serve basis. Plan your travel and WA State Ferry traffic accordingly and allow for extra travel time in peak times. 

7. Can I bring a friend or family member with me?

- We would love it if you brought a friend or family member with you. Each attendee must register and purchase a ticket to attend the event. 

8. What should I bring with me to the event?

- Bring identification (e.g., a driver's license), your event ticket (if applicable), business cards for networking and we will make sure that you have a journal and pen for taking notes. 

9. Will there be food and beverages provided at the event?

- Light snacks and beverages will be provided by Shooby Catering during both days of the event. We encourage you to have lunch on your own with the women you have met at Radiance. If you have any dietary restrictions, please send an email to beautyandthebossconsulting@gmail.com and we would happy to provide an alternative

10. Are there opportunities for networking at the event?

- Yes, at Radiance, we will include break out sessions and a 2 hour networking mixer where attendees can connect with speakers, sponsors and fellow attendees. Be sure to bring business cards and prepare to connect with others if you wish to network.

11. What COVID-19 safety measures are in place for the event?

–We can ensure that Beauty and the Boss Consulting, Edmonds Waterfront Center, and Shooby Catering is following all state and federal COVID safety and sanitation requirements to keep all attendees as safe as possible. You are welcome to wear a mask if you would like.

12. Can I request accommodations for special needs or dietary restrictions?

-  If you have any dietary restrictions, please send an email to beautyandthebossconsulting@gmail.com and we would be happy to provide an alternative to you at the event.

13. Is there a schedule or agenda available for the event?

 - Event schedules and agendas are on our website under the Agenda Section. Review the schedule to plan your travel and day effectively.

14. Is there a refund policy if I can't attend the event?

- All sales for event tickets and registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for these purchases. However, ticket registrations are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket/registration to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event/workshop with the new attendee's details.

15. I am traveling from out of town, are there recommended places to stay while I attend the event?

-Please check out the Relax at Radiance page on our website www.radiance-event.com for all hotel recommendations within a 5 mile distance of the event center.
